 ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Updating your ECash Direct Account Information To view or change your ECash Direct account information, you need to access the ECash Direct software. At the ECash Direct main menu click on the PERSONAL OPTIONS button. This will take you to the Personal Options screen. Next, select ECash Direct Account Information. Once you click on the Continue button, the Change of Address form will appear on the screen. From this screen you are able to change your Mailing Address, Contact Information and Optional Information. Changing your User Name and Password The User Name and Password Registration screen is accessible directly from the Change of Address form. To get to the User Name and Password Registration screen, click on the OK button on the Change of Address form screen. From this screen you are able to change your username or password. ECash Direct has implemented several controls and safeguards within this function in order to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our customers. If you have entered any of this information incorrectly and need to correct it, you should permanently disable your account and open a new account. If you have a balance in this account, you may need to provide us documentation relating to why the information was not correct. If you do enter incorrect information, your account will be disabled. Your street address must contain at least one numeric digit in it, otherwise your update will be rejected by the system. We apologize to those few customers that have a valid address that do not have any digits. We suggest adding 1st floor or floor 1 at the end of your address in case there are no numeric digits in your address. You must give your correct mailing address as certain information may be sent to you in order to secure your transactions. No modifications to your address are allowed if you have a positive balance in your account. Your User Name and Password are case sensitive. Be sure to remember the correct combination of upper and lower case letters you entered when you originally set up this information. It is important that your User Name and Password are difficult to guess. To ensure that this information is secure, your User Name should be different from your real name. We suggest that you should include in your password at least one alphabetic character and one numeric character. Your User Name and Password are confidential and should not be divulged to anyone.
