Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a six digit code generated for you at our offices and mailed only to the registered mailing address on your account. The PIN is mailed the next business day and generally takes 3-5 business days to be received in the UK, 5-10 business days in North America, and 8-12 business days internationally. If you have not received your PIN you should contact us for more information.

For security reasons your PIN may be required in order to perform the following types of ECash Direct transactions:

PINs will not be given out by fax, over the phone or e-mail. PINs are unique per ECash Direct account.
