Accessing the Cheque Withdrawal screen
To perform a Credit Card Withdrawal you need to access the ECash Direct software. To access the Cheque Withdrawal function from the ECash Direct main menu click on the WITHDRAWAL button. The Withdraw from ECash Direct account appears. To access the Cheque Withdrawal screen you need to click on the Cheque tab.
Withdrawing funds by Cheque
To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account you need to specify the Amount of withdrawal in US Dollars or currency equivalent. Please note that if you have deposited funds into your ECash Direct account via credit card, you will need to withdraw all funds by credit card first before by cheque. The system will notify you when to withdraw by cheque.
Please be aware that you may be required to fill in more information in order to secure the transaction.

Processing Rules
There is a US$1 or currency equivalent fee for using this service. This fee does not apply to customers that have a balance of less than US$20 or currency equivalent and withdraw the entire balance.
A cheque will be sent to your mailing address via regular mail within seven working days following your request. Requests for cheque withdrawals exceeding US$1,000 or currency equivalent will be sent to your mailing address via FedEx at no additional charge to you. FedEx will not deliver to post office boxes.
Transaction Reporting
It is important to keep a record of all of your cheque withdrawals. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your cheque withdrawals are recorded and reported on your bank statement and your ECash Direct statement. Cheque withdrawal transactions are normally displayed on your bank statement as from ECash Direct. In some cases, the toll free telephone number is displayed along with the name of the company.

fees are normally displayed on your ECash Direct statement as CHI.
