
Depositing Funds Using TeleBuy or Basic 900pay
To deposit funds to your ECash Direct account simply follow these steps:
- Click the CASHIER button.
- Click DEPOSIT.
- Select 900pay as the desired deposit method.
- Click DEPOSIT NOW.
- Select TeleBuy or Basic 900pay from the drop down menu and enter the amount you wish to deposit. See Terms and Conditions for deposit restrictions.
- Click PROCEED.
- Read the "Age Verification & Terms and Conditions" page. For Basic 900pay, you will be asked to select the age verification box and confirm that you are fully responsible for paying your telephone bill.
- Click PROCEED.
- Read the "IVR Instructions page". This will take you through the process. If you are using a dial-up modem, you will have to disconnect at this point.
- Reconnect to your ISP once finished (if applicable).
- Click PROCEED. This will provide your transaction receipt as Proof of
Purchase.
Deposit Limits
TeleBuy: You are restricted on a per transaction basis, and TeleBuy must clear your funds before they can be deposited to your ECash Direct account. See Transaction Terms and Conditions on the deposit page for more detailed information on deposit limits.
Basic 900pay: You are restricted by Navaho Networks to a maximum per month through "Basic 900pay". So, if you shop online at other merchants using "Basic 900pay" that is included in the maximum per month. See Transaction Terms and Conditions on the deposit page for more detailed information on deposit limits.
Transaction Reporting
It is important to keep a record of all your TeleBuy and Basic 900pay deposits. TeleBuy and Basic 900pay deposit transactions are displayed on your ECash Direct statement as NPD. All Basic 900pay charges will appear on your phone bill as "NAVAHONTWRKS". TeleBuy transactions DO NOT appear on your phone bill.
Withdrawal
TeleBuy and Basic 900pay are not available as withdrawal options. Funds must be withdrawn using other methods.
